On Sunday, 5 May I visited the above branch to return an article. There were long queues at the till points and only two people on duty that I saw at the various stations. On asking to see a manager I was informed that there was no one at the store in a senior position. An argument broke out when people in the queue started asking to see a manager. After 40 minutes I managed to get sorted out by Peter but this was not before I had walked into the management offices - all open and unattended! People walked out and sales were lost due to the bad service. A really unpleasant experience. The staff need serious training, regarding service and putting the customer first. This is not the first time I have experienced problems at this store.
