Overall bad service

I bought a Samsung tv 4 R7000 on19.05, 4 days later I returned it due to a visible line across the screen. I called the store 2 weeks later to find out what the progress was on my tv, only to be told that Samsung was refusing to fix the tv I was being held liable for the repairs, as they could not find a serial number on the tv. I refused & told the lady 2 get back to me with a more positive reply. A week late I called back again, same story but this time Samsung was waiting on a MD to return from holiday to give the go ahead. On the 26.06 I received an sms stating that my repaired item was back in store. Very excited, only to have my bubble burst as nothing was done on the tv. Grant of TV dept then informed me that he nor the store manager knew anything about my tv nt being repaired & they could return it back to Samsung & have it fixed for sure this time but could not give me a time frame. In all honesty as tempting as the offer was, I decided to take the refund. The store did not at any time give me feedback on the progress of my tv, nor did the store manager attempt to apologise for the service that was offered. He was right there at the time. A lack of interest in an unsatisfied client
