I purchased a duvet cover set on 16 April 2013. A week ago I noticed a tear on the duvet cover. I returned 2 the store with my full proof of purchase. However the Store Manager refused to exchange the goods saying she needs to send it away for a quality test then I need to return to the store for the Outcome. My problem with this is that the above is not stated in their return policy & neither was I informed about this when I purchased the item. I am furious & highly inconvenienced!
