@Home seriously lacks quality products & service
On the 28th March 2013, I returned to the @Home store in cresta to report and return a King size Duvet cover and pillow case set I had purchased for approx R799. The colours had ran when I had washed it for the first time shortly after purchasing it. The green flowers in the print had ran and left the white duvet cover and white pillow cases stained yellow!!! Needless to say my experience has been handled with complete disregard, disrespect and totally ignored. The only staff member who could assist was on the phone when I was at the store and I had to return 15mins later to be helped. When I finally spoke to her she could not get the Area or quality manager on the phone (as it was a public holiday the next day). She took the duvet set and said someone would call me back on Monday 2nd April after the Easter Weekend. Today is the 23 April and still no-one has bothered to give me feedback on what the problem was and why my money cannot be returned. They have my money and the duvet set & I have nothing! It is not up to the customer to follow up to get the service I deserve. Clearly this brand has no focus on providing quality products or quality customer service! Not customer centric!
