I lodged a complaint on the 15th of May regarding Velerie at the Woodmead store. I received a called from Joseph who promised to deliver me goods as a means of apology, however this never occurred. I received an email from Wendy Lee stating how they value customers, etc. and i should contact Mmapula for further assistance.
I have contacted her and Wendy Lee stating this matter has not been resolved on the 25th of May, received no response. So i mailed her again on the 18th of June - still no reply, so i contacted her yet again on the 23rd of June - still no reply
Clearly this shows how much Pick n Pay values their customers and "inspiring people"
