Wrong information which cost me Financially

I received a call from Wendy Motsoakae on the 9th of January 2014 which I missed and contacted her back on her number 27 11 271 7043 using my 084 777 1750 number. Wendy told me that my account number 1957327022 was in arrears amounting to R14 500. I asked her if that amount was inclusive of the current invoice which she told me it was. I made payment for an amount of R13 500 believing I have an outstanding payment of R1000 00 which I planned to pay on the 25th of January 2014. To my shock, on the 20th of January I received another call from Wendy that I must now pay an amount of R1400.00 in arrears plus my current invoice. I request the call recording to be listened to and feedback be provided before the 25th so we have this whole account corrected. I will not pay any more money due to the wrong information provided by a consultant from MFC.
