Since my last report on 21January, I never received feedback from Pick 'n Pay until yesterday 29January to thank me for bringing the complaint under their attention & that they hope the matter was sorted out satisfactorily. However they've done nothing about this matter. I received various e-mails that their managers will be in contact with me, but everytime someone contacts me, it's with promises that has not been met. I was asked to keep the rotten products so that they can collect it & I've still got it in my fridge with the rest of the expired goods in my freezer. I have great concerns as this can contaminate the rest of my goods in my fridge/freezer, but the store manager insisted that I need to keep the goods. Yesterday I sent Wendy Millar a response to her mail, asking her that someone contacts me after 4 & someone phoned back within 20minutes & i was unable to answer. They never phone back, they keep telling me I can bring the goods back to the store & if I'm unable to get to the store, they'll send a driver to collect the goods as well as replace or refund the goods but it's all just empty promises. I find this attitude towards customers highly unaccaptable.
