Pick n Pay not very efficient

My complaint:

I bought 2x 2L PnP full cream milk about 1 week ago and both were sour. Date printed on plastic bottles says 9 July 2013 and we are only in 5 July 2013. I discarded the slip.

I re sent my complaint on the 11th July. No one has called to settle my complaint.
This complaint has been submitted and resubmitted and going on for more than 10 days. Pick n Pay does not contact me with a solution or apology.

All they have to do is re reimburse me with 2X 2L milk.

Mmapula Sebati is not dealing with this complaint efficiently. My contact number as provided on emails - 0768805748, but no phone calls has been received.
