Me? A Criminal?

I purchased goods at PNP with my debit card. The cashier mumbled a response as the receipt printed that the digits were different & stormed off, card and goods in hand. She handed my card to Lovy, a supervisor, whom also said that the last digits were different to my card. I asked if I could go and draw a mini statement to show that the money has gone off my savings acc & she refused to hand my card back. Instead she proceeded to treat me like a criminal in front of others, didn't explain anything to me & refused to hand MY bank card to me, she laughed in my face several times when I spoke about her bad attitude. I went to ABSA, they said the system generates APPLICATION NO when you have more than 1 acc which reflect on slips & not the card no. I went back to PNP, Lovy was no where to be found & even though Shawn (Manager) was in a 'meeting' he accepted my call from front desk. What did I get? "Sorry, I will get Head Office to phone ABSA as they never communicated this to us & I told Lovy I will sort her out"?? I was treated like a criminal! I would not want anyone to suffer the shame I experienced today, I hope that PNP feels the burn when this happens to more PAYING customers!
