On 14 Sept 2013 I ordered bedding from Homechoice to the amount of R2693-00. They took this amount immediately from my credit card. They told me that day that they are waiting for stock and it will take 3 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks I received only a curtain. I phoned them asking where are the rest of my order, only to find out that Homechoice cancelled my order because they don't get stock. Why did they then sent me a curtain and nobody informed me of this cancellation. The lady asked me to sent back the curtain and fax the proof of payment for postage to them and they will pay back my money and this postage. Needless to say I got phone calls ever since and ever this morning again. But no money back. This is beyond pathetic. Every call ends promising that the call centre will contact me in 5 minutes. No call centre call up to now. This morning they even asked me why don't I then call the call centre. I did several times, without any success. only voice stating to give my number and they will call me back. I am so mad and will never ever do business with them again. Mrs H Engelbrecht.
