I ordered the Hair Waves in January. I send a driver to collect it from the Homemark office but instead he was given a Polaroid tablet and they deducted almost R2k from my credit card instead of approx. R500. I returned it and after a fight received a refund. From that point on I received non-stop phone calls from Homemark sales people to try and sell me stuff. The more I say I am not interested or can't afford it, the more they insist I use my credit card! One month later R1 999.95 went off my credit card. When I phoned Homemark they said I had ordered the pot set. I then said I had not and have neither received the set. On the phone call I received from the persistent sales agent I said, I am not interested in the special but will re-consider it once I have money. They took that as if I said, once my credit card has money they can deduct it! When I phoned again today to complain that I want a re-fund, they said I can come and listen to the phone call and then collect my goods. The more I tell them I don't want the goods, they more they insist. Also, I asked them to e-mail me the phone conversation and they say that it would cost me R250 to do so. Really?
