What are my rights with pushy Call centre agents?!

I'm in utter shock at how pushy Call-centre agents can be! I'm writing this letter on behalf of my husband who doesn't have access to a computer all day.
First it started off getting calls once a month and in December 2011 we decided to buy a mattress that was offered by Homemark, now off coarse they had my husband's credit card details, thereafter the calls became more frequent until this year... it became a few times a week and even though my husband told them he wasn't interested in their products and that they should stop calling him, they never did. He even asked to speak to the Supervisor or Manager on call and was told they would call him back, which they never did. The final straw came beginning March 2013 when again my husband got a call and told the call centre agent he wasn't interested in what he was selling and put the phone down. A week later a parcel was delivered to him at his place of work (you guessed it!), from Homemark, they even deducted a R3000 payment from his card. We have written to them without any success and when we requested the "recorded conversation" we were told it would cost R150. I'm utterly disgusted in the way they take advantage of clients!
