I have been a client since the concept of Due South was launched may years ago in Canal Walk and open my 1st TFG account there. Spent a small fortune since then on my account.

Tuesday 25 June'13, 9h30, spur of the moment walk through and decided to purchase a Beenie, North Face, R229.00.
Went to cashier to pay and as before, said i would buy on my account using my Drivers licence. The cashier replied not in the most pleasant way that this was not possible as a green ID could only be used.
Now, i have shopped @ Due south Tygervalley and Blue Route and purchased with my Drivers. I can purchase @ Edcon and draw cash @ Standard Bank using my Drivers Licence.
2 months ago i ordered a running shoe for my wife. 2 weeks later passed the store and enquired why no one has contacted us. Apparently the sales person had absconded and there was no record of our order in their customer request book.

Seriously... that branch has lost me as a customer.

They need some serious customer training on ways to hold on to a sale in this bad buying econony!!!
