I just noted there was a complaint from another lady regarding trying to collect her Edgars Card with a driver licence and was told she wasn't able to.
However the response from Edgars customer care was that this would be addressed and one could collect with a drivers licence. Obviously Edgars did not take the previous complaint seriously at all... I have just tried to collect my card with my drivers, and a copy of my ID and Passport, and was turned away, when I explained I was mugged and didn't have a green ID book, they told me I can close the account cause I would not be assisted without an ID book (even though I had a valid ORIGINAL drivers licence, and a copy of my ID.
Obviously Edgars doesn't care about clients anymore!
