My wife and daughter went to Edgars Canal Walk to purchase some goods on account, after spending sometime selecting the items they wanted they proceeded to the cashier to pay only for my wife to be told that she cannot purchase on her store card untill she receives a letter from me giving her permission, not only is this outrages it shows just how incompedent people are. The card is her own store card not mine and she has used it on numerous occations before without any nonsence. This was a totally embarrising event for my wife and daughter and I request iimmediate attention and an appology for this, Get your house in order Edgars or i will close my account.
