I ordered a Jacket from Trueworths and it was not delivered in time, I went into the store to enquire about my long overdue Fashion delivery, the consultant said that they sent me an sms stating that they could not find the jacket, I was disappointed especially because they never had my cell number on their system, I then asked to speak to a manager from their Fashion Delivery Department, the manager "Tanya from Head Office
" called me back in less than 24 hours, she apologized for the inconvenience and promised to find me the jacket and it was delivered to me within two working days.
The manager Tanya from Head Office, was efficient, professional and offered me a delightful service, I still can't believe that south Africa still has people who deliver customer service, thank you and Trueworths for the wonderful service, I would recommend you to my family and friends.
