I am just so frustrated with the service level of your Cape Town branch.
refer to 130118099 - the first attempt to deliver was on 22/01 - not a phonecall to say that they want to deliver. Surely with personal deliveries where a specific person has to receive the parcel you can go out of your way to ensure that the person is at the address - then the courier guy tells my husband he will delivery on Monday 28/01 - waited the whole day - nobody came. I phoned yesterday (29/01) just to be told it was supposed to be delivered on 28/01 but was not put on the truck.
I specifically requested that the parcel be delivered today (30/01) after 2pm as my husband will only be able to accept delivery (as he works night shift) - what do they do they deliver to his work address this morning. I specifically asked the lady I spoke what the delivery address was and she confirmed it was my home address.
Now they suggest that we collect the parcel from your premises because they can only deliver to our house in the morning - are you kidding me??? What kind of mickey mouse company is this.
Just deliver my package! ~!!! ~!
