My Defy Microwave was faulty and i had taken it for repairs twice. Anthony has been working to resolve this issue and every time i went into the shop with the microwave Anthony was there to assist me and kept me informed of progress and said he would work to ensure the unit was replaced. on the 20th of November 2013 he called me and told the microwave oven would be replaced and on the 22nd i was called by Sihle to come collect My new Microwave oven. Super service and a wonderful Christmas Present, thank you Anthony and Sihle.
