Our microwave was just over six months old when it started making a terrible noise. We sent it in for repairs. We had it back for five minutes and it started making the same noise. Took it back, and the manager there assured us if we have it repaired then and it was still faulty they would come and collect it from my home. Needless to say after the second repair I had it for five minutes and it was making the same noise again. The store would also not collect the machine. We took it back and after lots of fighting the manager agreed to replace it, but would let us know when to collect the new machine. We got an sms three days later that it was repaired and we could fetch it. We fetch it, used it for one day and then it started making the same noise, only much worse again.
It is ridiculous that we have not had a basically new microwave for three months and have driven up and down to Woodmead at our own expense, s till to not have a microwave? The staff at Hifi Corporation are already so immune to complaints that they don't even flinch when you rant and rave about their bad service. They just shrug their shoulders!
