WORST SERVICE EVER FROM EDGARS

On the 7dec2013 i bought a mobicel tablet from Edgars centurion cash R1500, after a week the tablet stopped working & i took it to Edgars southgate on the 20dec2013 were i have to date received the worst service ever. They took the tablet in & advise that it will be sent to mobicel for repairs & when I cll for feedback over a month down the line i am told they don't know when mobicel will return my tablet as they dont answer their phone .i am now very disgusted by this type of service as i paid cash for this tablet & no one seems to know where or when i will get it back or my money back. I am now supposed to be calling edgars every week to hear the same lame excuse that they dont know how to get hold of Mobicel.
