I bought a bed last year november and the bed got broken befor 6 months and I took it back they gave me another bed in Feb 2013 now this bad they gave me is broken before 6 months and I went and spok to the branch manager about asking my refund and she told me to send an email and cc the regional manager I did just that till today they havent responded I have heard a thing and this is pathetic and bad service I am really off because this bed is giving me problems and I just want my refund and done with this shop clearly they dont sell quality. I just want my money back
