Really bad service ended up with no phone

I am so angry to this day, I ordered the tablet Samsung, u do that wen u have R3000 or more in your account and I did. The person who I was talking to said It got approved I waited 3 working days which suppose to be a Friday and nothing no phone call on why my tablet hasn't arrived. I called on Saturday and was told they would call me in 48 hours and I asked the lady does it show that I have purchased te tablet and she said YES which was a lie... I waited 48 hours NO PHONE CALL. imagine, got approved so I was using my Edgars Thank You card. When I called in to ask what was going on the guy says it doesn't show that I did purchase the tablet, and I can get it but now I must add 2700 from my own pocket which is not fair because its obvious I cant afford to buy cash so that's why I wanted it on credit...

Im really disappointed and very angry with the bad service, and never got my tablet...
