I recently purchased a dining room set from the furniture city in Springfield park and unfortunately there was a mix up with the chairs that I ordered. To my pleasant surprise the guys at furniture city especially the guy handling the matter, Devan Kanniapen, kept in regular contact with me, informing me of exact dates that the problem would be resolved as well as following up and making sure that I was happy with the delivery of the proper goods.
Now thats how you treat a customer!
