Unfriendly and not helpful at all

We spent almost R20 000 at that branch on the 13 July 2013, but when we phoned to ask where our furniture was they were very rude.
When we finally did receive our furniture it was the wrong chairs to what we ordered and since then they have not been phoning us back or even trying to fix the situation.
When we bought the chairs and dining room table they assured us that we would be able to get the chairs we wanted or else we would not have spent the amount we did.
I am seriously disappointed and will never buy there again.
