On the 21st of March I opened a account with Furniture city. I purchased several items, and was informed by the sales consultant, Rofele, that I can expect delivery at the 28th of March. On the 28th of March I was informed by furniture city that they will not be able to deliver because they are going on long weekend and only will return on the 3rd of April. I can only get my furniture at the 9th of April.

I decided to arrange collection of the furniture myself. On collection Furniture city sent a incomplete lounge suite, and only 2 dining room chairs (which do not even match). I had to return to furniture city to collect the lounge suite. I asked about the dining room chairs, and was informed that I can collect these chairs at the 2th of April.

From the second of April till yesterday, I have been calling Furniture city nonstop just to find out when I can collect my chairs. The sales lady never retunes my call. The manager is never available. Yesterday I got hold of the Manager, who rudely told me that I have to wait another 4 weeks to get my chairs. I was also informed that I still have to pay the delivery fee, and I must ensure to make payment on the 25th, even if I did not re
