We have bought a Seally bed from bears with lots of other furniture the beds mattres went down on the one side with 3cm and the other side with 2cm so the inspector came out and said that the mattres needs to be clean before they will give us another bed. 3 weeks later we had to go to bears cause no one gets back to us. After sitting 4 hours in the store we paid an extra R2000 in to get a better bed. We then had to pay to get the bed deliver and take to broken bed back to there store. With delivery the new mattres is toren and have holes in its now 2 weeks later we have not received a new mattres and no phone calls from bears. I have phoned in 3 times and still nothing gets done. They are quick to take your money but the service and feed back is petetic.
