With regards to my last complain on Bears Furniture store in Midrand I received a call from the manager
and not regional manager as Kerusha mentioned but anyway the manager explained that the store
does not have a vehicle to collect my damaged stock immediately but maybe in a few days time WHAT A JOKE never the less the manager tried to be sarcastic in telling me that if the bed is out of guarantee I will have to pay for the repairs after all the cost ive put myself through all the phone calls, petrol and wear and tear on my car running to the store that's the service you get. One would assume the store or someone like the director of Bears would take responsibility for this. With the amount of exchanges done and re-delivery I wonder how they would find the correct date of delivery. Anyway if I have to pay for the bed which is not a problem I will return the bed to the store for them to rip another unsuspecting customer of with the cheap knock offs. Since not thing as been done to arrange for someone to inspect the bed i assume by the time they come out the condition would be worst and my repair cost would be higher guess i have to start saving from now great work guys at Bears.
