My fiance and I bought furniture at bears in 2011 a entire lounge suite tv and home theater system when the furniture was delivered I noticed the one couches leg was broken we contacted Bears and they collected the couch and had it "fixed" it was not fix I have sat 2 years in my house with a broken couch and was told they could not replace it because they discontinued that type of suite last year the SONY home theater system packed up it would just make a loud noise and go off we were told to bring it in which we did and they "took" it to sony to be fixed it came back about a month later played once and did the same thing we haven't bothered taking it back to them the Samsung tv we purchased also blew up. I am in the process of buying new couches and as a customer I just feel Bears should know about their terrible service we received please also keep in mind that this is furniture that we paid up in less than a yea
