I BOUGHT COUCHES LAST YEAR DECEMBER AT BEARS STORE IN WEST GATE MALL, AND IN JANUARY 2013 I PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I TOLD THEM THAT THE COUCH ARE BROKEN, THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY GONNA COME AND EXCHANGE THE COUGH AND THE NEVER DID.I HAVE BEEN PHONING THEM ALMOST EVERY DAY AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THE SAME STORY THAT THEY WILL COME.THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR TO ME BECAUSE I'M A GOOD CUSTOMER TO THEM, I AM PAYING R900.00 EVERY MONTH FOR SOMETHING THAT I'M NOT EVEN USING. TODAY I PHONED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO JANICE AN SHE PROMISED ME THAT THE MATTER WILL BE SOLVED BEFOR 12:00, I PHONED AGAIN AT 12:00 FOR THE FEED BACK AND I SPOKE TO DAYLIN AND HE SAID THE IS STILL NO FEED BACK FROM BEARS, I ASKED TO TALK TO HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID THE MANAGER IS BUSY.THIS IS REALLY UNFAIR, I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS MATTER FROM JANUARY AND NOW WE IN AUGUST AND MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. AND I AM STILL PAYING THEM R900 EVERY MONTH . PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE
