I won KING KOIL JUPITER PILLOW TOP BASE SET from Drum Magazine on the 28 March 2013. The bed was delivered to my mother's house she didn't accept it due to her reasons. I phoned Bears promenade and i was refered to Ellen she said i can come anytime to fetch it they can't deliver again. But everytime i go there she will tell me they took the bed back to the Warehouse she will call me then i will wait for weeks for her call till i picked up the fone and call her and she tells me samething i will call you, i send my husband to her store so many times AND last time was last week sunday and his argument with HER why are telling my wife she can come anytime but when i come you tell me stories her excuse she needs to contact warehouse. i was expecting visitors i had to buy bed which i didn't really need it. I HAD ENOUGH OF WASTING MY MONEY CALLING BEARS and ELLEN. I want to be re-imbursed or get something worth the bed BECAUSE what am i going to do with 3 beds now??? even today i called her and she told me same story and its almost end of the year. DO YOU THINK THAT IS FAIR TO ME AS A CUSTOMER OR IS IT BECAUSE ITS NOT A SALE FOR BEARS???
