Good day,
On the 24th May 2013 I deposited cash to Lewis account via FNB teller
07th June 2013 I received a call that I have not paid the account
07th June 2013 I emailed them requesting the updated report reflecting payment made, they responded telephonically on the 11th June 2013 that I must send them proof of payment first.
I have faxed proof on the 12th June 2013 and they confirmed telephonically one the 13th June 2013 that payment had been received and allocated accordingly.
I have emailed, faxed proof and they are not sending me back any updated report.
Could you please help me get the updated report, I have emailed them several times and their telephonically response it is not helping as I need to keep my records on file.
