I was informed by Cell C that my debit order for June 2013 didn't go through and was requested (per sms) to pay R864.04 into their account (0744428838) with Ref no.: 80230EE7E8-1. This was done on 2013.07.01 and the proof of payment was faxed to them. At the end of July 2013 they debited my account for the account of June and July. I informed them of this mistake and that I have already made the payment for June as was requested per sms. I had to fax them the proof of payment which I did and nothing came of it. I then phoned their customer service again and explained my problem, I was requested to fax the proof of payment (which I did again). Nothing was done. I then went to the Cell C branch in Bela Bela and explained what happened to them. They phoned the financing department of Cell C who requested them to fax the proof of payment to them. They did that and after a month of no reply I phoned their customer service again and e-mailed my proof of payment again. This was two weeks ago and I still heard nothing from them.
