No response and high turn around time on enquiries

We got declined on our FNB home loan application due to our credit rating - we then ordered a ITC report to sort out payments reflecting unnecessary against us. I settled my FNB/Edgars loan amount _ the outstanding balance at that time was R10 489 - so I paid R10 500 before the 20th of June. In the meantime another R890 was taken by you from my bank account - on 28 June 2013. According to my records this personal loan account is now OVER paid. This account is however still reflecting on my ITC credit report as outstanding. You are requested to update my details at ITC and to provide me with a settlement letter which I can present to the bank as proof that this loan account is settled. This request is very urgent as we are in a contract to obtain a home loan. I sent proof of payment during June and this email with proof of payment on 4 July again - still no response!
