On 2013/06/07, Time Actioned : 09:02:24. I purchased R119 airtime via EFT. There is an initial 48hr period before the amount is loaded onto your account. It's 7 August 2013 and still NO AIRTIME. I've logged a case (6259709) which i just discovered was closed without any resolution. I've emailed proof of payment to Gugulethu Nelani on 13 June 2013 and 28 June 2013. no feedback. i emailed the same proof of payment to Makhosonke Masindi on 26 July 2013. no feedback. i call today to find out what's happened only to be told that the case is closed and that I need to get in contact with THEIR back office?!
