Cant get an updated account

First spoke to Gugu on the 11th June 2013 at HTN Attorneys about receiving an updated account. Had to email her the proof of payment which was made into the account on the 7th June 2013. On the email I requested that once they had updated their system with this payment she had to send me a statement. No response. Again I emailed her on the 19 June 2013 saying that I was still waiting for a response. Still no response. On the 1st July 2013 I called their office and spoke to another lady also called Gugu. They acknowledged that they had received the deposit but that it had not yet been allocated. I then asked why it took so long to allocate and ended up speaking to a lady by the name of Clarence. She assured me that she would investigate and call me back. Guess what... no response. Till now all I receive are sms with demands but hey... no response. This level of service from an attorneys office is unacceptable.
