Unallocated payment

I recently changed banks and updated my banking details with African Bank. I made my monthly instalments via EFT dated 2013/08/20. I then faxed emailed my proof of payment and ID Copy on two separate occasions to a [Email Removed] after I received a call stating my payments were not received yet, I have been called by three other consultants with regards to the outstanding payments and on all three occasions I have repaid the same story of how my payments were made. One of the consultants even confirmed that the proof of payment was received but not allocated, and I should send my ID. This was sent twice dated 19/09/2013.
How many times does one need to send proof of payment?? If this is how African Bank treats its customers, then it is highly unfair particularly when customers honour their debts and all they get is a bad credit record!!!
