On 2013-05-31 I went to the above store nd enquire whether they make matric dresses to specification whereby the manageress replied yes and a deposit of a R1000-00 is required in order to get the dressmaker in. How ever on 2013-06-01 I phoned Natasha to cancel and have found a dressmaker that can make the same dress at R3000 instead of me paying their asking price of R12 000. She then said I have to pay a panelty fee of R250-00 which I agreed upon and asked whether I can come an collect my balance of R750-00 . She then said she first have to speak to her boss and will get back to me which she never did. I then made several calls to her nd have proof thereof with her answer that she awaits her bosses answer. A week went by and yet no reply where upon I went personally to the store on Tuesday 2013-06-10 just to be told I cannot get my money back but instead a credit voucher of which I can purchase costume jewelry from them I declined the offer And requested to speak to the owner and was told she's in Isreal. She then very adamantly told me that she will not pay me my cash and that's her final word. If I was informed of the above policy I would not have made the deposit. Unethical beh
