How ridiculous. Phoned the Vaal Mall Game. I am trying to enquire about IPOD Touch 5th Generation if they have. Lady answering phone put me through to correct department. It rings... and rings... I can hear how the call is coming back to her, she just put it again through... repeat... ring and ring and then phone died. This happened 3 times me phoning 3 times. Now the 4th time, she calls someone on intercom and put me through. it rings and rings... same thing. 5th time phoning Game is not answering the phone. 6th time phoning Game is not answering the phone. Then on the 7th try get hold of them again (switchboard operator Keketso) and she put me through to a manager Andre who promises to phone me back with price... it's been now half an hour and still waiting.
