Bad customer Servive from Woolworths Eastgate mall

I bought a Country road dress on the 27/12/2013 from Woolworth Menlyn, but after fitting the dress, i decided to go back and exchange the size. The guy from Menlyn store checked and told me that the size i am looking for is available at Eastgate mall and they have 4 of that size, but since it is a sale item they can only keep it for not more than an hour. I then personally phoned the eastgate Woolworth to confirm that the dress is indeed available and i will be coming in store to buy it. My call to Woolworths eastgate was transferred to the Country Road Manager named Modiehi Ntholi who said yes the dress is in their stock room, but unfortunately she can not reserve it for me since it is a sale item. i told her that i am aware of that and i am on my way from Pretoria to come and collect it. it took me 40 min to get to the eastgate mall, and to my dissapointment the dress was not there. I asked to speak to Modiehi who gave me a defencive non apologetic attidude, and told me that all those dresses were sold immediately after i called her, of which that was a pure because the 1st sales person that i found on the floor at the time said that the dress was never on the floor.
