Unable To Deliver Goods as Promised

My wife and myself went into the store on the 24 March 2013 to buy a White Samsung S3.We were told they had no stock but will get 1 by not later than Wednesday the 27 March 2013. On Thursday the 28 March 2013 we phoned them to inquire where the phone was which they made us pay a deposit on. This deposit was paid in HARD CASH. We were told that the phone is in Centurion Pretoria and would be there shortly. They promised to phone us as soon as the phone arrives!!! On the 30 March 2013 we decided to pay them a visit and to no avail, the phone had disappeared!!! We then demanded our deposit back in CASH. We were then told by Michael that they cannot give us a refund in CASH as this was against company policy. They can only give you a refund on a credit card!!! When we pay a deposit in CASH and Samsung cannot keep their undertaking then we want our deposit back in CASH!!! Eventually after they were very RUDE we gave them our credit card for a refund. These people are nothing but two bit liars and men and if this is Samsung policy then I think it STINKS!!!
