When I wanted to buy on my account the sales lady told me my account was blocked. I was very humiliated and embarrased because I have been a customer for nearly thirty years and always paid my account ever month. Went to customers service and I learned another person had been registered in my account. They even replaced my ID with her ID number. This happened without my permission, proof of ID or proof of address. I have been to customers service several times, phoned them, emailed them three times, with no luck. No one responds to my emailsa and when you phone they send me from pillar to post without resolving the problem. It is costing me a lot of time and money to solve the mess they have created. I am so frustrated, as far as I am concerned, they can block the card forever. Good riddance to poor service.
