I purchased an iPad 4 from Dion Wired, Tyger Valley in December 2012. On the 11 September 2013 I returned the device for repairs since it would not turn on. I was told the device would be sent to the local Apple agents, Core, for repair. I mentioned that I need the device back urgently since I would be leaving on a overseas trip in in 14 days. Dion Wire told me they will have it ready in 10 days, but usually sooner. I called Core today to get an update on my device and they said that the device has not even arrived at their repair facility yet. So it has been 7 days and Dion Wired has not even been able to get the device to the Core repair facility. It seems there is now no hope of getting my device back before I leave for my trip overseas. In the UK, you get same day service/exchange when it comes to apple device... Service for Apple products really in South Africa... granted, in this case Dion Wired seems to be the party dragging their feet. As for Dion Wired, I will think twice before purchasing anything from them again
