NO RESOLUTION NO RESPONSE!!!

Last week Monday I tried logging on to my internet banking and was told that the login details that I have been using for the last 10 years was incorrect. So I need to go and reset my password. I was unable to do this due to an error message that I received. I called on the Monday (Last week) and was told that this has been referred to the technical department and I would get feedback.

I had to continuously call for feedback and was eventually told that I should go to the branch and reset my pin, which I have done. I have tried to login again with my new pin but still the same problem persists. I had to call again was told that this has been escalated. I am now waiting since last week Monday for a resolution and in the interim my payments via EFT was delayed. I have to call telephone banking and incurred a charge for each payment that I had to do.

This is not the standard of service that I am sure that FNB does not strive to provide their clients. This is pathetic and I should actually switch providers that would offer their clients the proper customer service
