I complained of the poor service I received from Shoprite on the 6th of Septmber and Dean Olwage gave a decorated response that a consulted will call me to deal with the matter, exactly a month after that nothing has been done.
People should not even believe the supplier response from Shoprite it's just a public show.
Customer service is non existence with this company a big turn around strategy is need in regard of the customer service section.
