Dear DSTV... Why is it that I was on the phone to you for 20-odd minutes last night, because of the error coder E16-4 on the decoder, and I had to reset and rescan, and yet no-one could assist me? I have reset it online, reset it by sms, and phoned twice. One pays to watch a premium bouquet, and yet one cannot access them. Today again, I did exactly the same thing, and I still have the same error code. Who could help me, I wonder? Oi! This is the HEIGHT of frustration! And no... I cannot get through on the phone line... nor have your operators been able to sort our my problem...
