On the 19th of January 2014 I went in the shoprite in Jabulani mall, to transfer money. On Tuesday the recipient told me the pin was wrong. When I knock off went to the Naledi shoprite with the intention to reset the pin. I was advised by (Linda Sondezi Store Manager) to get my personal bank statement & make an affidavit. Of which for me sounded rather foolish and refused to do. I asked for the terms and conditions their money market procedure, Its when i discovered that I was given false information in this regard. The Money Market clause 4.6 clears states otherwise. I need this fixed and I DEMAND MY MONEY!!!
