Grossly unprofessional service from Clove

2yr bond destroyed due to incompetence, uncaring, and unprofessional service. Moved location, forced to deal with new sales rep Colleen van Heerden. 2 weeks with no stock; Colleen cannot capture orders correctly, she has no idea what's going on, wrong stock was loaded onto truck, cannot speak to my old sales rep Rowan now that we moved. No follow up notifications as promised. Spent hours on cell trying to find my order, Colleen couldn't be bothered if I receive my stock or not. Worst part is, I've spoken to several employees explaining the same happenings over the past 2 weeks only to be left with no answers, no delivery, high phone bills, and empty promises. Company does not communicate at all!! Spoke to sales leader to confirm Friday delivery and ten minutes later distribution calls at 5:30pm telling me only part of the order (2 buttermilks) are almost there after we told Clover we close at 5pm. Pathetic!!! I urge you not to use this company- you will be highly disappointed and constantly let down.
