Danone (part of Clover) will not uplift any damaged or expired stock. The person at the call centre indicated that in order for them to uplift stock, we need to have a separate merchandiser appointed by Clover for the store. We are a small forecourt convenience store and cannot afford the luxury of a separate merchandiser only for Clover. We already have a merchandiser for this store!!! I am sure this policy goes against many of the clauses of the CPA. I think I am going to boycott all their products and discontinue to stock them.
