I purchased an Atlanta louge suite cash for R16000, I was given a discount by not paying for delivery by the sales rep called Lucky but he first confirmed this with his Manager Patricia before giving me the information, I was also told delivery would be done same day. The manager told me they dont have stock at the branch which is understandable but said there is stock in the warehouse in Silverton but i must wait for them to bring it to the branch before they can deliver it to me and they not sure when this will be done? i then asked and said i will make arrangements to pick it up myself and was told this is not possible and now the branch in somewhere in Boksburg but i just cant go pick it up they will tell me when i can go? this is very bad the Manager is telling me i just want a refund this was also a cash purchase
