I work for an IT support Company in the upper highway area.
i have a customer that needed a new battery for his Acer Laptop. i ordered the laptop battery from the acer spare sales team and paid for the part. it has now been a month since i have paid and i have still not received my stock.
acer cannot find the stock that they say they have sent to me and are not willing to find it.
after many emails to and from them the will not give me any leads as to when it will arrive and where my stock is.
i urge everyone that reads this to be careful when buying acer equipment as the after sales service is clearly not a priority to the company.
